Return Policy
At Porcupine Paper Co, we strive to provide our customers with products of the highest quality and satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns must be initiated within 2 days from the date of receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or customized items.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software or digital products.
- Sale items.
3. Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@thecreativeporcupine.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
- Porcupine Paper Co is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
5. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7Â days.
6. Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to returned items, at the discretion of Porcupine Paper Co.
8. Damaged or Defective Items:
- Porcupine Paper Co is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the Shipping process.
9. Changes to This Policy:
- Porcupine Paper Coreserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
